Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EQU8 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EQU8. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use any automated system, bot, or script to play games or manipulate scores.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

In-App Purchases

EQU8 may offer optional in-app purchases including subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Intellectual Property

EQU8 and all related content, including but not limited to the game design, graphics, sounds, and code, are the exclusive property of EQU8 and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

EQU8 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQU8 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of EQU8 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
